What are the uses of the BMW Motorrad Plus battery charger?

The BMW Motorrad Battery Charger Plus allows you to recharge the battery of your BMW motorcycle or any other brand. It also helps maintain the charge of your battery during prolonged periods of inactivity. Compatible with all types of 12V batteries (lead/acid, gel/AGM, and lithium) with capacities from 6 to 60 Ah, it is very easy to use.
The Battery Charger Plus is suitable for open and sealed lead acid batteries, maintenance-free gel or AGM batteries, and Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePo4) batteries.

Charging and maintenance charging are automatically controlled by an intelligent microprocessor. The charger operates fully automatically based on the data stored in the microprocessor.

Using the BMW Motorrad Battery Charger

The connection can be made directly via the CAN bus socket of your motorcycle if it is equipped, or to the battery poles using the provided adapter cable, equipped with crocodile clips. It is a true BMW Motorrad CAN Bus charger. The charger and its connections are protected against short circuits, polarity reversal, and overloads, so there is no risk in using it.

Over long periods, the charger can remain connected, performing charging cycles, recharging the battery when necessary. At low temperatures, the current is reduced.

Throughout charging, the battery percentage is displayed on the screen.
