This movie feels quiteclaustrophobic, it's taking place in one small area, so itdoesn'tfeel like a bigblockbustermovie, but then again there is other movies that is similar likePanic Roomand yet we don't complain about it, but one thing about this movie, is that there are twounexpectedcharactersthat suddenly pops in so it doesn't make having just the samethree peopletrying tosurvivefeel stale. In thebeginningI thought not much was going to happen but then it gets right to it, but thepacestays slow, it focused alot onGabrielle Union'sacting and she gives a reallysolid performance.Thesecond halfof the movie doesn't feel like thefirst half, although there are some moments that left me in surprise but one thing I wish was done differently was the onevillain, they should have made him help thefamilyinstead because it looked as if it was going that way then they just threw that out of the window likebutter on a stick, it would have been a greatsurprisethat we all hoping would happen. Although the part with thehusbandcoming home was unexpected it felt quite rushed, it would have been nice if they gave him a biggerfightingrole. For the type of movie this is and just by looking at it, you can already see it's budget, I think theendingmatched quite well. This movie is great watch, it isn't a over the top bigblockbuster, so it isn't bad. Theperformancesis good,Gabrielle Uniongave such a greatperformancethough. TheVillainsmight have beenblandbut they are more ofrobbersand notserial killersso I wasn't so disappointed. Thecinematographyis good, nothing spectacular, the shots are allcrisp and clearbut nothing reallycinematic. Themusicandscorewasn't dramatic at all, but it was good not bad at all. With itscinematographyandsoundthis movie was very watchable despite itsslow pace.
